CANCELLATION POLICY

All rooms are subject to a cancellation policy stated below depending on the type of rate and reservation you have chosen.

For a paid reservation: if you cancel 24 hours before check in, you get your full refund.

If cancelled before 12noon on the check in day, you get 50% back.

If cancelled from 2pm (which is check in time) no refund at all.

Reservation is confirmed only when backed with payment; without payment it is not binding.

Cash payment reservations cannot be cancelled or changed and are non-refundable.

PAYMENT METHOD

For prepaid bookings, you either pay cash, with a valid credit card or by bank transfer.

Please be aware that third party card payments, who will not be present during check-in, are required to bring a written authorisation and a copy of a photo ID of the card holder. The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in access to guests who do not meet the above requirements.

Please note that on arrival, you can also pay cash, by credit card or through bank transfer.

PETS

Animals are not accepted in the rooms or in the common areas of the hotel.

VALUABLE ITEM

If you are checking in with valuables, safes are available in the bedroom wardrobe. The hotel is not responsible for theft and loss of items.

PARKING POLICY

The hotel has private and secure parking 24/7 which must be vacated at midday on the day of departure. Cars parked outside, are parked at owner’s risk.

INTERNET ACCESS

A WiFi service is offered to all guests in their rooms and in the public areas of the hotel. The optical fiber allows a fast and stable connection. For username and password, please ask at front desk.

TOBACCO POLICY

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and common areas of the hotel. Smoking is only permitted outside the hotel. Please note that guests who smoke in the rooms will be charged N10,000 per day for cleaning.

CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-out time is noon. If you require a late check-out, please contact the front desk office before 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

We will do our best to accommodate your request but it cannot totally be guaranteed. An additional cost may apply depending on availability. Any delay in check-out beyond the stated time will be treated as one additional night on the final bill.

Guests luggage can be stored for a maximum of 6hours at the reception without additional charge after check-out if necessary.

CHECK-IN POLICY

Check-in starts at 2 pm. For earlier arrivals, the receptionist will be happy to store your luggage until your room is ready. Credit card payment is required to present their cards and ID upon arrival. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid form of identification. If you must arrive earlier than the hotel’s check-in time, please contact the hotel management in advance.
